Costs

Flexible Virtual Support – Simple, Transparent Pricing

  • Not sure how much help you need?

     

    I offer expert legal and administrative support at £40 per hour.

     

    This option is ideal for clients requiring flexible support or who are unsure of how many hours they need.

     

    A 4-hour upfront payment is required to get started, with any additional hours billed at the end of the month.

  • If you prefer consistency and want to lock in a set number of hours each month, a retainer is the best choice. This guarantees my availability and allows us to plan ahead.

    10 hours a month - £350

    20 hours a month - £700

    30 hours a month - £1,050

    Custom packages also available. 

     

    Please note retainer hours do not roll over.

A little about me...

Hello! I'm Molly Rixon, founder of MRVA Services, and I am a legal assistant  with almost a decade of experience working in a London law firm. 

I’ve spent my career supporting solicitors with everything from document preparation, client onboarding and billing, to diary management and overall client care - keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

 

By taking care of the day-to-day admin, I can help you free up more time for fee-earning work, business development, or even just some much needed balance.

 

My goal is simple: to give you more time to focus on what matters most.

 

Fun facts about me:

I have a labradoodle called Rosie and I love practicing yoga!
